New IT system for Ryan Commercial

After nearly eight years of reliable service, the Ryan Group has updated
its Commercial Client and Policy administration system to Acturis Ltd. This
is an exciting project for us at a time when more and more business transactions
take place on-line.
Acturis, which went live earlier this month, will enable us to deal more
quickly with client enquiries using the most suitable method of communication
for the customer. This may well be via e-mail or telephone where all contact
is recorded and safely archived for the client’s protection.
We expect clients to benefit from the speed and efficiency of document production,
allowing us to provide clear and precise summaries of cover and claims support.
Customer data will be held in the most secure hosted environment supporting
our business continuity planning and which also provides added protection
to clients and supports our regulatory compliance.
