Important information
During office hours, please contact your usual dedicated team. If you have an emergency outside normal office hours, you can contact your Insurers via their Help Line, please refer to your policy booklet for details. If temporary repairs are needed to prevent further loss, you should arrange for them to be done immediately. Please keep any bills as they may form part of your claim. You should not proceed with non-urgent repairs until we have obtained authorisation from your insurers.
